Eiju's matcha is delicious as a thick tea. You can enjoy a very luxurious moment. It is made from the same umami-rich new leaves as Gyokuro, without rolling them, and is ground in a traditional stone mill using only the soft leaves.

Marukyu Koyamaen is a long-established Uji tea company founded in the Genroku era.
With an integrated approach from cultivation to production, the company has received numerous awards and honours, and is widely known to many for its quality.
