CASIO G-SHOCK FULL METAL GMW-B5000TR-9JR
The CASIO G-SHOCK GMW-B5000TR-9JR reinterprets the original square G-SHOCK form with a lightweight titanium exterior and a vivid multicolor finish. This Japanese domestic-market model combines TranTixxii titanium, mirror polishing, Tough Solar power, MULTIBAND 6 radio-controlled timekeeping and Bluetooth smartphone connectivity.
High-Hardness TranTixxii Titanium
The exterior uses a TranTixxii titanium alloy developed through collaboration between CASIO and Nippon Steel Corporation. The alloy retains the light weight and corrosion resistance associated with titanium while offering approximately twice the hardness of pure titanium. Its smooth surface also enables a highly reflective mirror finish comparable to polished stainless steel.
Multicolor Ion-Plated Design
The titanium case is finished with gold ion plating, while the bracelet links, buttons and face incorporate gold, red, blue, light gray and dark gray tones. Different colors are applied to individual components, creating a playful multicolor appearance while preserving the precise metal finishing of the FULL METAL series.
Full-Metal Shock-Resistant Construction
Fine-resin cushioning components are positioned between the metal bezel and case to support G-SHOCK’s shock-resistant construction. The watch also features a DLC-treated screw-lock case back, an anti-reflective sapphire crystal and a solid titanium bracelet with a one-touch three-fold clasp.
Tough Solar and MULTIBAND 6
Tough Solar technology converts light into electrical energy and stores it in a rechargeable battery. MULTIBAND 6 receives standard time-calibration signals in Japan, North America, the United Kingdom, Germany and China. When neither radio reception nor smartphone synchronization is available, the watch operates with an accuracy of approximately ±15 seconds per month.
Bluetooth Smartphone Connectivity
Bluetooth connectivity links the watch with the CASIO WATCHES application. Supported functions include automatic time adjustment, selection from more than 300 world-time cities, reminder settings, Time and Place records, Home Time and World Time swapping, watch setting adjustments and Phone Finder.
Practical Digital Functions
The reverse STN LCD supports five selectable World Time locations, a 1/100-second stopwatch, a 24-hour countdown timer and five daily alarms. A full-auto white LED Super Illuminator improves visibility in dark environments, while the full-auto calendar, six-language day display and selectable date format support everyday use.
