CASIO G-SHOCK DW-H5600-7JR G-SQUAD White Heart Rate Monitor Bluetooth Solar-Assisted JDM Men’s Watch
The CASIO G-SHOCK DW-H5600-7JR brings optical heart-rate monitoring, activity tracking and Bluetooth connectivity to the iconic square 5600 design. This Japanese domestic-market G-SQUAD model combines a white and black color scheme with a high-definition memory-in-pixel display, USB charging and solar-assisted timekeeping.
White and Black 5600 Design
The watch retains the recognizable square form associated with the G-SHOCK 5600 series while adding an optical sensor to the case back. Its white exterior is accented in black for a clean monochromatic appearance. The high-definition memory-in-pixel LCD provides clear visibility for time, workout and health-related information.
Heart Rate and Activity Tracking
An optical sensor measures heart rate, while an accelerometer supports step counting and activity measurement. Activity modes cover running, walking, gym workouts and interval training, with real-time data such as elapsed time, pace, distance, heart rate and calories displayed according to the selected activity.
Distance calculated by the watch’s accelerometer can be corrected using the GPS function of a connected smartphone. The watch does not contain a standalone GPS receiver.
Training and Sleep Analysis
Training and recovery functions use Polar algorithms to provide information such as Running Index, cardio load, energy sources, cardio load status and Nightly Recharge. The watch also supports sleep analysis, life-log recording and guided breathing exercises.
The optical sensor can estimate blood oxygen levels for general health management. This function is not intended for diagnosing illness or for use as a medical device.
Bluetooth and CASIO WATCHES Connectivity
Bluetooth Mobile Link connects the watch to the CASIO WATCHES app. Connected functions include automatic time adjustment, simplified watch settings, approximately 300 world-time cities, activity and life-log records, sleep data, notifications, phone finder and distance correction using smartphone GPS.
USB and Solar-Assisted Charging
Workout functions, heart-rate measurement, notifications and other smart functions are powered through the dedicated USB charging system. Charging takes approximately three hours. Solar-assisted charging can maintain time display when the rechargeable battery level becomes low under the manufacturer’s specified lighting conditions.
Operating time from a full charge without additional solar generation is approximately 35 hours when using activity functions with heart-rate measurement. It is approximately one month in watch mode with heart-rate measurement turned off and approximately eleven months in power-saving mode.
Shock-Resistant Bio-Based Resin Construction
The case, bezel and band use bio-based resin made with renewable organic resources. Shock-resistant construction and the Carbon Core Guard structure protect the module, while mineral glass covers the display. The case measures 51.1 × 44.5 × 17.4 mm, weighs 59 g and provides 20-bar water resistance.

DW-H5600-7JR is the complete Japanese domestic-market reference. The JR regional suffix is retained to distinguish it from the international DW-H5600-7 reference and other color and material variations in the DW-H5600 series.
