Preparation Instructions
- Sift approximately 1.5g of matcha into a tea bowl.
- Add approximately 70ml of hot water.
- Use water at approximately 75–85°C in winter or 70–80°C in summer.
- First stir slowly to disperse the matcha evenly.
- Whisk briskly with a chasen until a fine layer of foam forms.
- Lift the whisk gently from the center to finish.
Preparation Tips
- Sift the powder immediately before preparation to reduce clumps.
- Use freshly boiled soft water and allow it to cool before whisking.
- Preheat the tea bowl and soften the chasen in warm water.
- Adjust the amount of matcha, water, and temperature according to preference.
- Whisk with quick forward-and-back movements rather than stirring in a circle.
