Isuzu is a delicious and easy-to-make thin tea, and is a much-loved product for both daily drinkers and those taking lessons. This matcha is made from the same umami-rich new leaves grown as Gyokuro, without rolling them, and is ground in a traditional stone mill using only the soft leaves.
