The SEIKO LUKIA Grow HEE005J is an elegant tonneau-shaped women’s watch created around the theme of “Fruition.” Inspired by the softly rounded fruit of the Hypericum plant, its graceful design expresses the hope that every woman’s individuality will blossom and her aspirations will come to fruition.
The HEE005J combines a naturally shimmering mother-of-pearl dial with a lightweight titanium case and bracelet. Its distinctive two-tone colour scheme pairs cool silver with LUKIA’s softly matte Lady Gold, creating a refined design that balances warmth, versatility and everyday practicality.
Hypericum-Inspired Tonneau Design
The softly curved tonneau case is inspired by the smooth, rounded appearance of Hypericum fruit. Selected polished surfaces allow the case and bracelet to reflect light gently, while the rounded crown continues the organic design theme.
Measuring 37.4mm in length, 24.6mm in width and 7.7mm in thickness, the slim case has an elegant presence suited to professional, formal and everyday styling.
Mother-of-Pearl Dial with Roman Numerals
The white mother-of-pearl dial displays subtle variations in colour and texture as the light changes. Its natural lustre gives every watch an individual appearance while complementing the silver and Lady Gold tones of the case and bracelet.
Softly styled Roman numeral hour markers give the dial a classical yet approachable character. Blue hour and minute hands provide a refined visual accent and improve contrast against the luminous mother-of-pearl surface.
Silver and Lady Gold Two-Tone Titanium
The titanium case and bracelet combine silver with selected champagne-gold-coloured sections that create LUKIA’s distinctive Lady Gold appearance. The softly matte gold tone adds warmth without overwhelming the cool silver surfaces, making the watch easy to coordinate with different jewellery and accessories.
Platinum DiaShield is applied to the silver-tone titanium surfaces to help protect the watch’s refined finish from everyday scratches. The titanium construction keeps the complete watch to approximately 31g, providing a light and comfortable feel on the wrist.

The titanium bracelet continues the silver and Lady Gold colour combination used on the case. Its flowing links follow the softly curved profile of the watch and create an integrated, jewellery-inspired appearance.

Calibre 1B32 Radio-Controlled Solar Movement
The HEE005J is powered by SEIKO’s Calibre 1B32 radio-controlled solar movement. It converts light into electrical energy and operates for approximately six months when fully charged, extending to approximately 1.5 years when the power-saving function is activated.
The movement receives standard time signals in Japan, China, the United States and Germany. It supports automatic reception, manual reception, reception-result display, time-difference adjustment and automatic hand-position correction. When a radio signal is not received, the movement has an average accuracy of approximately ±15 seconds per month.
Full-Auto Calendar and Practical Functions
A date display is supported by a full-auto calendar programmed through 31 December 2099. Additional functions include overcharge prevention, quick start and power saving, providing convenient operation for regular use.
Curved Sapphire Crystal
A curved sapphire crystal follows the flowing lines of the tonneau-shaped case. SEIKO’s Super-Clear Coating reduces reflections and helps maintain a clear view of the dial under different lighting conditions.
