Description

This green tea is made by roasting Senryu and Sencha over high heat to bring out their fragrant aroma. Yamamasa Koyamaen also offers a brand that is roasted with a blend of Tencha (the leaves used to make Matcha). The tea is made using the traditional method of roasting twice using far-infrared rays from a metal drum and gravel.
