According to SAIJOEN, Myogetsu was created to reach its most enjoyable character around the time of the Mid-Autumn moon. Its harmonious aroma, umami, body and restrained astringency make it a refined choice for a quiet bowl of matcha, seasonal hospitality and tea-ceremony practice.
