CASIO G-SHOCK MT-G MTG-B2000SKZ-1AJR SANKUANZ Collaboration Model
The CASIO G-SHOCK MTG-B2000SKZ-1AJR is the second special collaboration with Chinese fashion label SANKUANZ. Based on the MTG-B2000, it combines an all-black exterior with vivid neon-green accents, advanced shock-resistant construction and radio-controlled Tough Solar performance.
SANKUANZ “Kill the Wall” Design
The collaboration expresses SANKUANZ’s “Kill the Wall” concept, which challenges boundaries between fashion, streetwear and culture. Its distinctive design mixes fashion, art and music influences with the toughness of G-SHOCK.
The case, dial and layered composite bracelet are finished primarily in black, while neon-green details create a sharp visual contrast. The bracelet is engraved with the SANKUANZ logo and the phrase “Kill the Wall,” identifying the collaboration design.
Dual Core Guard Construction
The MTG-B2000 structure combines metal and carbon components to achieve strength, airtightness and reduced weight. A carbon-fiber-reinforced resin monocoque case is positioned inside a strong metal frame that connects the bezel and outer case.
Triple G Resist provides resistance to shock, centrifugal force and vibration. The Carbon Core Guard structure further protects the internal module while maintaining the distinctive metal appearance of the MT-G collection.
Layered Composite Bracelet
The layered composite bracelet combines metal components with fine-resin parts to balance a substantial appearance with comfortable wear. Hollow metal components produced using metal injection molding help reduce weight, while a double slide-lever system allows the bracelet to be removed more easily.
The bracelet is secured by a one-push three-fold clasp. The watch measures 55.1 × 49.8 × 15.9 mm and weighs approximately 156 g.
Radio-Controlled Tough Solar Performance
The Tough Solar charging system converts light into electrical energy to power the watch. From a full charge, it operates for approximately five months without further exposure to light during normal use, or approximately 29 months with power saving activated.
Multi Band 6 radio reception provides automatic time correction using compatible standard time signals in Japan, North America, Europe and China. When radio reception is unavailable, Bluetooth connectivity allows the watch to adjust its time through a compatible smartphone.
Bluetooth Smartphone Connectivity
Mobile Link connects the watch to the CASIO WATCHES app through Bluetooth. App-linked functions include automatic time adjustment, access to more than 300 World Time cities, Home Time and World Time swapping, timer and alarm settings, watch-status display and phone finder.
When neither standard time-signal reception nor smartphone synchronization is used, the watch operates with an average quartz accuracy of ±15 seconds per month.
Sapphire Crystal and Practical Functions
A curved sapphire crystal with an anti-reflective coating on its inner surface protects the analog display. Neobrite luminous details and a high-brightness Super Illuminator LED light improve visibility in dark conditions.
Everyday functions include Dual Time covering 27 time zones, a 24-hour stopwatch, a 24-hour countdown timer, a daily alarm, a full auto-calendar, automatic hand-position correction, hand shift, date and day display, and power saving. A screw-lock crown and 20 bar water resistance complete the practical construction.
