Analog Style with Digital Versatility
The clean three-hand layout provides a familiar way to read the time, while the digital display adds calendar and timing functions. Day-of-the-week information can be shown in Japanese, English, German, Spanish or Chinese. Function icons identify the selected mode, and a long press of the mode button returns directly to the timekeeping display.
Solar Radio-Controlled Timekeeping
A solar cell charges the rechargeable battery using available light. Radio reception supports standard time signals transmitted from Japan, China, the United States, Germany and the United Kingdom, with automatic and manual reception available. Reception depends on the selected home city, location and surrounding conditions.
Module 5161 also provides world time for 29 cities, five daily alarms, an hourly time signal, a stopwatch and a countdown timer. An LED light helps illuminate the watch face in low-light conditions.
Titanium Construction and Sapphire Crystal
The titanium case and bracelet keep the watch's weight to 73 g. Sapphire crystal with an anti-reflective coating on the inner surface protects the dial, while the case measures 43.8 × 40.0 × 9.4 mm in length, width and thickness. Water resistance is rated at 5 bar.
The Push & Release bracelet is designed for length adjustment using a dedicated tool. The bracelet is titanium, with stainless steel used for the folding section of the clasp.
