The CITIZEN COLLECTION JG2101-78E brings retro-futuristic character to everyday timekeeping. Part of the RECORD LABEL ANA-DIGI TEMP range, it combines a black dial with a silver-tone stainless steel case and bracelet. Its distinctive arrangement of analog subdials, digital displays and a temperature sensor recalls the design language of the original 1980s ANA-DIGI TEMP watches.
Distinctive Analog-Digital Timekeeping
Powered by the battery-operated Caliber 8989 quartz movement, this watch pairs analog hands with digital information displays. Dual time, an alarm, an hourly chime and a day-and-date calendar provide practical everyday functions, while the 12/24-hour display can be selected to suit your preference.
Built-In Thermometer and Chronograph
The integrated temperature sensor measures the temperature around the watch and displays it digitally. A 1/1000-second chronograph measures elapsed time for up to 12 hours and supports split-time readings. Additional features include display illumination, an automatic calendar and a low-battery warning.
For an ambient temperature reading, remove the watch from your wrist and allow approximately 20 to 30 minutes for it to adjust to the surroundings. Body heat can affect measurements while the watch is being worn.
Compact Stainless Steel Design
The rectangular stainless steel case measures 32.5 mm wide and 8.0 mm thick, giving the watch a compact profile. Crystal glass protects the display, and the silver-tone stainless steel bracelet features an adjustable sliding clasp. Everyday water resistance is suitable for incidental splashes, not swimming or immersion.
The JG2101-78E is a Japanese domestic market (JDM) reference offered through selected retailers in Japan. Although commonly listed as a men's watch, its compact proportions are also recommended by CITIZEN for unisex wear.
