The leftover tea leaves from the first harvest of organically grown tea are roasted to a fragrant aroma using far-infrared rays. This roasted green tea is made using a unique method from unrefined tea leaves (buds, stems, and leaves) while preserving the natural flavor and nutrients.
Dosenbo Tea, located in Kyoto Prefecture, was founded in 1871. In 1980, they switched to pesticide-free organic farming and have been managing production, manufacturing, and sales from start to finish.
